Has anyone ever gotten a negative pee stick test but then got a positive blood test?

Backstory—-

I have 4 kids after my third I had my tubes cut and burned and then 18 months later found out I was pregnant with baby number 4! I had an appointment to have my tubes removed but had To cancel because the new baby who is now 5 1/2 months has some health issues that I am pretty much the only one who can care for him so I can’t afford to be done recovering I am 17 days late and have taken three test since a week ago all spanning three days apart they have all been negative. My midwife thinks I’m late mostly because of stress more than being pregnant but she wants me to come in and do a blood test just to be sure.
