Day 1 is so hard
Just found out I had a miscarriage today.... any advice or tips, stories, uplifting messages.. anything would be helpful right now.
We’re still TTC but it’ll be a little while before I’m ready, still bleeding and stuff. Speaking of, is it considered a period that I need to log or am I just bleeding from the miscarriage still?
