Does alcohol affect temps?
I'll sometimes have 1 or 2 cans (white claw)and I don't think it has messed with my temp but what about a bottle of wine (last night)? My temp yesterday was 98.4 and today it was 99. I have ewcm so I have a feeling I'm going to ovulate soon so do i discard that temp or keep? I'm new to bbt still so thank's in advance.
