Whats going on??

So long story short. I found out I was pregnant two days before period was due. Then all was confirmed with me being 4wks. Had a little light brown spotting and went to docs yesterday and had ultrasound they couldn't see anything, this morning was red blood and pregnancy test come up more darker. Doc is hoping it's not an eptopic pregnancy or it maybe a cyst on ovaries. Has anyone been through this?? Need preys. X I honestly hope it's not eptopic pregnancy. Now I'm 4 wks 5 days
