High estrogen after miscarriage?

I use clear blue digital advanced ovulation tests, it measures the levels of LH and also estrogen, I am currently on day 13 of high fertility but no peak. I’ve also been taking strip tests which are very negative so I’m assuming it is the estrogen that is high and not the LH otherwise the strip tests would be positive as well. This is also my first cycle back after a 5/6 week miscarriage. Anyone have any idea what is going on? 😣
