Want to donate milk
FTM here, i would like to try to build a supply to be able to donate my breast milk. Im currently breastfeeding and will be for as long as possible.
I’m unsure how to schedule pumping times so it doesn’t interfere with my breast feeding supply for my daughter.
Any tips?
