Drinking while trying to conceive?

Is having a couple of glasses of wine a night not good for conceiving!? 
Some people drink before they even find out their pregnant. 
Im not too much worried, but having a glass of wine helps me to relax and not think of sex as a routine!

Drinking is absolutely fine while TTC and 2WW, have at it!

I do not agree with the “drink till it’s pink ... alcohol is poison to the body ... your body has to work extra hard to filter the alcohol threw your liver and kidneys, while your body could be using that energy to conceive...  🤷🏻‍♀️

My endocrinologist said a glass of wine is GOOD for TTC for the exact reason you stated! Helps you relax, take your mind off TTC, and even helps lower inhibitions and can make sex more fun and 'free'. So he said have at it! A glass of wine will NOT prevent pregnancy,  and just might HELP! Sure helped me! Lol
