Heat rash or eczema ?

Today my babygirl broke out with this on her inner thigh. Could it be eczema or heat rash ? Need answers. Thinking about taking her to the hospital.

it really doesn’t look like either to me, usually it’s more irritated looking or splotchy, not raised and bumpy like this...from my experience at least. i’d get it checked out if it doesn’t go away or seems to be bothering her

I wouldn't bother an E.R. for a rash if she is fine otherwise. That isn't an emergency. I would call your after hours doctors number. 
Maybe a cool bath and put some hydrocortisone cream on it after.

My daughters eczema looks like this, my heat rashes look like it too though so it really just depends on the person. 
Unless it gets red and she’s crying or itching badly, just wait til tomorrow and if it’s still there take her to the dr
