Take Tylenol and feed baby on that boob as much as you can and also pump. Make sure to keep your nipple clean and try to empty your boob as much as possible to avoid it reoccurring

I had it with my first. I ran a fever and went to urgent care. It was terrible

I had it during pregnancy. it’s hard to tell the photo but half my boob was red, hot in in pain! I had a fever and chills and needed antibiotics. Everyone else comment is right. Pump and feed on that side as much as you can, do warm compresses, dunk that boob in warm water and let it soak. You could even try massaging it out.
