Baby registry MUST haves?

What are some baby registry MUST haves for you? I am registered at both Target and Amazon!

I already have tons and tons of clothes, a moses basket bassinet ( for naps only i know ), burp cloths, crib, crib bedding set, so i will not need to register for those!

White noise machine!!!! Omg my LO loves it! Arm and hamer travel bags. For blowout poops I put the diaper in there and then put that bag in the diaper genie. Helps it to not smell the room. Wipe warmer! NOSE SUCTIONS and nasal spray! Humidifier! 2 baby monitors! Seems ridiculous right but it’s not. I have one set up on the wall in the living room so I can see down into the bassinet. Then i have another one in my room on the wall so I can see my LO while I shower and stay in my room till around 3pm 😂 there’s days I don’t leave my room till late so it seems like too much to take the baby to the living room for that camera then go shower (too far from baby) and use the rr and brush my teeth. It’s easier to have the baby in my room that way I can run out of the shower if I need to. Baby Tylenol-before you know it it’s time for baby shots. Anti colic bottles. Cut to the chase and just get the good anti colic ones. My daughter has reflux so the anti colic ones help a lot. She uses tomee tippee ones. That’s all I can think of for now. Lol

Sounds useless, but it's amazing! No putting diaper cream all over your hands. Just rinse it off when you're done.

1. Boppy pillow, it's super versatile whether you bottle or breast feed. You can also use it for tummy time and help sitting baby up. 
2. Love to dream swaddles. My daughter loved to be swaddled but as she developed, she hated having her arms swaddled at her side. She liked being like a starfish. Made it easier to transition her out of when she started rolling too. 
3.Marpac Dohm white noise machine, it was a lifesaver for not only baby but me and hubs. We didn't wake with every snort and sniffle she made. We didn't get it initially but it was recommended later and we swore we would always recommend to new parents.
