Baby Modeling?

Question

Has anyone successfully gotten their child into baby modeling? My son is 3 months old and, like any proud mom, I think he’s the cutest thing in the world. I thought it would be fun to get him into a little modeling, if possible. If it matters, I live in a large-ish midwestern city so I’m not sure how many opportunities there would be here.

No. We thought about it because my daughter is gorgeous and and has very unique, beautiful hair- family members and friends would constantly bring up baby modeling to us. But, we decided against It. I think it sounds more glamorous than it is- imagine photo shoots with your child, long waits in a waiting room during castings, not very much money. And lastly, there was the issue of exploiting my kid that I just couldn’t come to terms with- I just didn’t feel like it was fair to have her photos publicized without her consent.
