10 LBS from college weight....

I graduated college 5 years ago in August, and I gained a bunch of weight in 2017 (3 years after college) because I got a job in a call center and would eat to stay awake. Anyway, I’ve finally lost 10 lbs and kept it off and now I want to lose the last 10 lbs before my birthday and 5 year post grad anniversary- both of which are in August. Do y’all have any tips on what I can do? I’ve started changing how I eat and I’m doing better at running a few times a week. I’m not sure what else I can do. My friend who is a boy (sorta bf person) tells me that I should do intermittent fasting, but I hate feeling empty and hungry. Do y’all have other suggestions?
