Hi um this is gonna be stupid but my boyfriend is getting into my head a lot lately cuz he’s scared I’m pregnant. However it was our first time in general, he wore a condom, didn’t cum until later and outside of my body.

But since last week when we did it I’ve been having horrible cramps which mine are usually bad but not like this and my breast hurt but still no blood. Does sex delay periods? And is it normal for the first time if the girl sees spots?, because I was in so much pain that I did and i was super dizzy.

I need help and idk who to talk to....
