I absolutely love my little girl and being her mommy but I will be the first to admit that having a newborn is hard! Especially when I find myself comparing myself to other girls who have had babies around the same time as me. I’m lucky if I get a shower by 4 pm and then I’ll see a girl I know posting a picture of her going for a morning walk with her baby and she looks refreshed and hair/makeup done! Comparison really is the thief of joy. Have to remind myself that my baby girl is happy and healthy and that’s all that matters... my babygirl doesn’t care if I’m in my pajama pants until 4 😆
