Breaking down

Broke down in the bathroom crying and wanting to rip my uterus out because I thought I had faint positive yesterday but obviously it was just a dye run the negative test this morning confirmed it. Beyond devastated today. Also still no period. Love baby #1 with all my heart but still hoping for #2 one day. Turning 30 soon and feeling defeated.
