Here it is
I’ve been trying my hardest to stay positive this pregnancy, but it’s really hard. I saw my doctor yesterday and she wasn’t concerned about my spotting but today I had a clot or two when I woke up. I feel like I’ve resigned myself to believing that I’ve lost this pregnancy too.
