Eating dried dates!! It helps ripen your cervix. Six dates per day is recommended. I ate four per day for about the last week and a half to two weeks of my pregnancy then had to be induced due to high blood pressure the day before my due date. I wasn’t dilated much because my baby hadn’t dropped to put pressure on my cervix but my cervix was so stretchy and ready to dilate they didn’t have to do anything like cytotec and were able to immediately start pitocin. My son was born 3 and a half hours after they started pitocin!
