tracking BBT
hi, i am super new to tracking my bbt, i just started this week and i just got off my period two days ago. right now my bbt temp the last two days have been 96.83 and 96.75... i have no idea what it’s suppose to be, or what it’s suppose to be when i ovulate or before or after.. i’m so confused and i’ve done research it just doesn’t make since. if anyone could help me i would love that!! 💛
