I had gestational diabetes during pregnancy never had to be in any meds and my numbers were always good. Today I had a dizzy spell and felt like my blood sugar was low I was so hungry!

I know these are symptoms of low blood sugar and I have never had them until now and baby is 9 weeks old. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what was the outcome. I would have taken my blood sugar but I was out of test strips 😬
