Cradle cap?

Does anyone know if this is cradle cap or something else? My son just got this overnight it was wayyy more shedding but I combed a lot of it out of his hair with my fingers.

Yeah that’s it. I use the little soft brush to scrub it out. Grossly satisfying for it to flake away. I hear moisturizing it can just clog baby’s scalp and make it worse, which seems to make sense because it’s the worst at his hairline and that’s near where I lotion him nightly.

Yeah I think that’s what it is. My daughter gets it and I put baby oil in her hair and rub it in a few minutes before her bath. Her pediatrician also said coconut oil will do the trick.

Coconut oil works. My little guy had cradle cap, we put coconut oil on his scalp 15 minutes before bath time, and massaged the scalp. When he was ready for the tub I took a soft baby brush and run it through his hair, then shampooed and brushed through his hair again. It was gone after that! Worked like a charm!

Yep! My baby got it on his eyebrows. Which is weird lol. But i just put a little coconut oil in it and let it sit for a few and then it brushed off super easy.

Yup we’ve got it as well. Keeps coming back but the doc said it’s normal and can last quite a while.
