Did any of you have bleeding in your early pregnancy and everything turn out okay?

At 4 weeks I had a bit of red blood only when I wiped but nothing else since then. I also looked down there (TMI) and there was a boil/pimple not sure which was definitely bleeding. But I’m not sure if it was from that 100%.

Well obviously check with our doctor but hoping in the meantime if any of you ladies can share your experiences that would be so appreciated!
