CrossFit and TTC

Just went through our first failed attempt of TTC for our second baby. First baby we conceived on our first try. I wasn’t working out then. Now I have been doing CrossFit for about 4 months and feel maybe it could be a factor as to why we didn’t conceive. Also I still haven’t gotten my period but all tests have been negative. Which also may be because of the fact that I had my first CrossFit competition last weekend and the stress messed up my cycle.

All that being said, for this next go around what days should I cut back on the intensity of working out? Is it always while TTC or is it just during my fertile period and the two week waiting period?

Also how do I figure out when I’m ovulating if I don’t get my period soon? Is this whole month ruined bc of it?
