Acid reflex

This morning I woke up with a hiring in the back of my throat it hurt so bad. It made my stomach turn and made me feel like I was going to puke. I'm super tired and I honestly am bloated and I need to pee more then usual. 7 days till my period and tommorrw will be 8 DPO nd honestly I think I am pregnant or I'm crazy.

Several people are saying its in my head or that they know more about it then me and my body. Honestly confused and upset
