When should you start reading to baby in the womb?

I never read to my daughter when I was pregnant, the whole “talking to your tummy” is just so that they get used to your voice and recognise it.
I would just think out loud a lot, but in general you talk quite a lot without realising it.
I’m currently pregnant with my 2nd, so I’m reading out loud for my first baby, and do every night, so this baby has had that since they were conceived 😂

I bought a book from our library bookstore for 25cents. It’s a dr Seuss one meant to be read while they are in utero 🥰 started reading that to my daughter when I was 8 weeks with her. She’s 1 yr old and we try to read a couple books every night before bed- I’m 30 weeks currently so
