Feeling like I have to pee all the time now late period

Hey girls. I’m so confused. So for about 2 weeks now I’ve been feeling like I have to pee all the time. I also had this very clear, watery like discharge a couple days last week. I went to the doctor and they said it’s not a UTI/STD. But now on top of the feeling like I have to pee all the time my period is 2 days late. Has anyone had these symptoms and know what’s going on?? I’m completely lost. Thank you in advance!
