Should I go to the er
I have a Fitbit my heart is reading 113 -121 I can hear my heart beating in my ears my stomach hurts feels like cramps and my lower back hurts so much worse I feel like I'm going to pass out I know I'm breathing cause I can talk but it feels like I cant breathe 😖
