Torn.. how do you guys handle it?

Found out that I'm pregnant with my rainbow. I keep forcing myself to be happy about it. I already love love love the baby but I'm so damn terrified that this one will leave me too. So do I share my feelings of being scared or do I not bug everyone (I tend to over share and completely spill my guts) and just be happy when sharing my news with  people?

I've had a hard time being happy with this pregnancy as well. I treated it like a hypothetical pregnancy for the first few weeks and almost kind of ignored it. I didn't even want to call my doctor until I made it to 7 weeks, just because I didn't want to get ahead of myself. It's a little harder to pretend i'm not pregnant now that the symptoms are kicking in, but I still find myself saying a lot of "if" when I talk about a future baby. I think we're just trying to protect ourselves by trying not to get too emotionally invested.

I went through a very difficult time as well. I have never carried past 7 weeks and by 10 I was starting to second guess pregnancy. Thinking I made a mistake and shouldn't have gotten pregnant again. Freaking out that the further I got if I were to lose the worse pain it would be ect. I have ptsd and get panic attacks when I leave the house of the fear of losing in public (I started losing my first in public) so anytime I feel ANYTHING around my uterus , if I have to go to the bathroom or a tiny cramp it triggers me and I freak the F out. 
I saw a therapist and that's how I got diagnosed. I'm not 16 weeks and really don't leave the house other than for dr apts. I'm better now with the negative thoughts but I also have a sub chorionic hematoma and can have massive bleeding at any time. I've already had 2 thank god I was home for both! But now that ADDS to my fear and panic of being in public. Also I'm very limited on things I can do so that I don't rupture and make it bleed. It's just one thing after another 🥺

Sorry for your previous loss. Congrats on your rainbow. I'm in the same boat excited but so nervous. Got into a car accident and had some bleeding so I'm stressing but trying to relax and be positive. I haven't told that many people and the people I have i can't seem to be all positive. It's always if this baby survives if I get to hold him/her if I get to bring the baby home. I think after a loss the constant fear is there and you start making plans but not so much. Just hang in there i know it's hard to do. I'm here if you need to talk to xx

I’m gonna share my story with you:
I had a miscarriage and ended up getting pregnant a year or so later.I didn’t believe it and was so sure I’d lose this one too.I was scared everytime I’d go to the bathroom that I’d see blood and it’d be over.I was always worried.But this little bean was strong,even still I had the fear of losing it.She stuck around,even so my 21week appointment I was still not attached and scared to lose her.My partner and I didn’t announce we were expecting till my 30week mark to social media.Ive finally started to enjoy my pregnancy and my baby.I regret not enjoying it.I’m 36weeks 5days along now and am so excited to have my rainbow baby!You got this mama!! Enjoy the pregnancy no matter what!!❤️💗

I’m scared to, I wake up in the morning and panic automatically checking for blood and being thankful there’s none there. I was cramping this morning and I just started to cry at the thought of going through a loss again. Just hoping this is normal and we will make it through. Your not alone, pregnancy after loss is terrifying and I’m 11 almost 12 weeks and I won’t be at ease or happy/exited until I’m 14 weeks unfortunately that’s just the fear in me being scared to be exited

I'm very excited about being pregnant with my rainbow but I'm so scared. I mean I'm definitely happy but idk when I'll feel more happy than I do fear
