If I buy my baby a swimsuit, does she need a swim diaper too?

Sorry if it's a dumb question, I just really don't know if I'm supposed to get her a swim diaper too. Should I get disposable swim diapers?? What do I do if she poops? I'm taking her to the beach. She's 10 months old. Thanks for the help!

Yes yes you do. Keep in mind though a swim diaper is designed to keep solids in and for liquid to flow both ways. 
So unless you want poo floating around or all up inside her swim suit then yes swim diaper. Disposable and Cloth swim diapers are both nice. I prefer the cloth ones personally :)

I have a son and I bought him swim trunks that have a built in reusable swim diaper and a coordinating rash guard top. I also have a second reusable swim diaper he can wear if he were to poop in the first. You can use a reusable swim diaper without a swim suit, but not a swim suit without a swim diaper :)

Yes you will need a swim diaper! You can either be reusable ones or disposable ones. I have both - I have only tried the reusable one so far though, but it worked great!

If you get one that is a reusable swimsuit no.  It have a swim diaper as part of the suit.

Yes they need one a regular diaper soaks up water. Swim diapers only catch the poop. Pee comes out. Another reason i hate pools with babies in them because i know those swim diaper's only catch the poop.
