His D tasted too sweet, should I be concerned?
A little tmi, but I’m concerned. I like using my tongue a lot when I give my boyfriend a blow job. We had sex both yesterday and today, and when licked his head and urethra, it tasted really sweet. Is this a sign of something serious? It sounds dumb but could it be a sign of diabetes? Should he talk to a doctor about this?
