Pelvic and Back Pain

the past two days i’ve been having weird sharp pelvic pains and my back hurts too and a little bloated , i am not pregnant, i have the nexaplanon bar and i have sex everyday and my period is supposed to start in a couple of days, does any one know what this could be?
