In horrible pain 😭 Bad headaches, help!?

Question

I'm 11+5, just got hit earlier today with a horrible headache. Is only getting worse. I've tried coffee. 1000mg of Tylenol. I've tried sugar. I've tried water. I've tried protein. Nothing. Is. Helping. I feel so horrible, uncomfortable and it makes me nauseas. It's pressure in both my temples just squeezing my head. Sensitive to SOUNDS and light. Never had a headache like this before. If anyone knows any remedies please help, I just wanna sleep

Sounds like a migraine. I have frequent migraines, but they're always worse during pregnancy. First of all drink PLENTY of water. I mean a lot. Lie down in a quiet, dark room and if it helps you, apply a cool pack on your neck and/or forehead. Massaging the neck/shoulder muscles can also help. Sugar makes migraines worse, so stay away from it. Unfortunately you need to wait it out, not too much else you can do!

Everything she said for sure! I grew up with migraines and keeping something cool on my head, being in a dark room and massaging the pain site helped.
