Started with nausea last week and had none for days...should I be worried?

Hi guys
I am 5 weeks today and last week I had a few days with nausea but it seems to have stopped. Should I be worried? I’m concerned that the nausea stopping means my HCG is dipping. I had a miscarriage in April and so I’m analysing everything!

My morning sickness was off and on up until last week (when I was 19 weeks). Some of my other symptoms were like that too, like my boobs would stop hurting, but then would come back full force in a few days to a week.

Bask in a couple days of feeling good!!! If you're really worried in a day or 2, call your doctor and ask for sequential quantitative hcg. But mostly, I'd get things done while I could just in case it came back with a vengeance.
And not everyone even gets morning sickness/nausea, much less for the entire first trimester or pregnancy.
