Yesterday morning I noticed pinkish discharge. The night before I had some very slight cramps but I wasn't sure if they were from contractions or baby moving.

Fast forward, yesterday afternoon I felt some few cramps again on my lower abdomen and then nothing until 3am. I woke up multiple times at night with pain but would sleep again immediately so I figured they were far apart if I could actually fall asleep between them. 4am I start timing. Seemed like 10 minutes apart. for 60 seconds. Just my lower abdomen hurting. Not the back. Still not sure if they are Braxton Hicks or contractions, I changed positions to see if they will go but they stayed. I drunk water and still there. So am thinking they are early contractions. It hurts like period cramps. But some were 5 minutes apart. This is so confusing. So I decided to practice breathing through these contractions even if they are false just to practice my breathing while in pain. I noticed pinkish discharge and later some blood in my discharge. Also it is more watery now.

Since I am doing acupuncture to help things get along, I called in the hospital to find out if I should come in for my session. They only take us in if they ain't so busy. Told them about the new changes and they said I don't have to go in for these reasons. Now I will take a walk. But I need to know. Am I in labour or just Braxton Hicks? I really don't know what to make out of all this.

Update: Went in for my acupuncture and I on the side mentioned I have some cramps and blood. Midwife measured contractions and she came in and told me my contractions are 3 minutes apart and regular. Seems like I might be admitted. This was a shock to us. But we decided to go home because we are 1cm dialated.
