Do you think I’m out this month?

So long story short is I think when testing I missed my ovulation so glow kept pushing it back. It was originally set for Friday the 14th. I thought I was out this month but now I’m wondering because I had such a massive dip then when I wiped this morning I had a touch of reddish brown. Just a bit though. Do you think it was implantation or the start of AF? Today is cycle day 24.
