My 14 month old has had a fever of 99.9 all day yesterday and woke up this morning screaming with a fever once again. He looks miserable. He just saw his doctor on Friday and the doctor said he looked perfectly fine, no sickness, no ear infections, nothing.

I know my son is getting his molars in the back and one is almost grown in completely while the other side is just breaking through. Could this be the issue? He literally has no other symptoms other than a runny nose at times and being extremely irritable. I just feel so bad for him.

I’ve been giving him ibuprofen to help with the fever and it goes away but just comes right back after awhile. Anyone else been through this?
