Bleeding - day 25 into 26

Good morning - my cycles are 28-29 days, sometimes 31. Last night, day 25 I thought initially I was spotting...dark brown pinkish...then overnight I had intense cramps and heavier darker flow. Can my period really be this early? It def feel like my period but I keep seeing implantation bleeding occurs beteeen day 22-25. I’m pretty sure it’s my period but curious to see what you think...
