I’m 22 and toying with the idea of buying a house within the next year, I’ve been saving up with my partner. My base pay is $2400 a month, but I have to meet a minimum of 5 shifts overtime and always take more as there’s plenty available and love my job. So my actual monthly income is $4300-4500 before taxes. Which would I list as my income? Every calculator I use online asks for total monthly income, would I list it with my overtime income?
