Has anybody on here ever had a good experience with the Alani Nu balance pills?

(In terms of getting pregnant of course)

I was wondering.

I keep seeing a lot of people say they take them and get pregnant right away and just want to hear experiences before I buy any.

Have been trying to get pregnant for 8 months and nothing yet :(

Any feedback is welcome on tips to get pregnant or other pills or anything like that, that worked for you :)
