2nd miscarriage-how long does the bleeding last

Hello,

So, unfortunately I’m at the start of my 2nd miscarriage. I had a mmc in October and had a d&c. I’m not just over 7 weeks pregnant, and started bleeding last night. I knew this was probably coming because about a week ago I went to my midwife and found my baby had a very low heart rate. I haven’t started bleeding heavily, and since i had a d&c last time I was curious how long you bled for a natural miscarriage. I’m sure it varies, just looking for a good idea. We’re going on vacation in 5 days and we’re supposed to do quite a bit of swimming. Thanks!
