It’s complicated because of the complex ways have come to tell and measure time. Days, weeks, months, years don’t neatly fit into each other. There are always bits left over (for example - why we have a leap year every 4 years)
We can say a pregnancy is 9 months long. But how long is a month? because each month has more than 28 days or 4 exact weeks (except feb sometimes) it make things a bit more complicated. a month is actually usually around 4w3d/4w2d and that makes each trimester around about 13w2d and not 12 weeks.
I’m pretty sure it’s the reason that pregnancies are measured in weeks and not months. Weeks are always 7 days (a more stable measurement) while the days in months vary (between 28. 29, 30 or 31 days long) and make it less stable/straightforward for calculations.

If you do the math, it’s technically 13 weeks and 3 days. I asked the doc 😉

I think it’s safe to say somewhere between 12-14 weeks. I think each doctor measures it differently, and that’s why there is so many varying times/dates. It’s best to ask your doctor, but you are very close to entering your second trimester!
With my first, We just went by the 12 weeks to enter the second trimester and 24 to enter the 3rd. 🤷‍♀️ But that was also 14 years ago.
