So I’m still really new to mom life and I honestly can’t complain about nights because since bringing her home my daughter pretty much goes to bed about 9pm and gets up at 11-12 then again at 3ish then at 5ish each time we’re up for about an hour feeding and changing the diapers.

I’m finding it so hard to stay away while I’m nursing her in the middle of the night. A few times I’ve actually nodded off during nursing which scares me and I’m trying so hard not to do.

Any tips on staying awake during this time. ?
