Hello! I apologize if this is very random topic but thought I would reach out, today i noticed a freckle on my arm with a tiny lighter center, the freckle is slightly raised but has always been. My question is for anyone who knows, is this to be of concern? I can’t remember if the little lightness has always been there or if it is recent so I’m attaching a photo for reference... any input would be greatly appreciated!
