I dont feel pregnant

Anyone else experienced this? This is my second pregnancy but my first time taking the baby to term. With my first pregnancy I was experiencing nausea, indigestion, and cravings before and up to the 7 week mark. Im 7 weeks now and other than a few brief food aversions at week 4 and my EXTREMELY tender breasts, I have no other symptoms. If I didnt already know I was pregnant I wouldnt think i was. I know every pregnancy is different, I just have never heard of having such few symptoms.
