Still no period!

The 30th of April is when I was diagnosed with my miscarriage at 9-10weeks. Still no period! I started checking my cervical position, and it went from high, to medium, and back to high but it’s firm and closed. My boobs have been slightly tender but it gets worse at night. I’ve been feeling slightly nauseous but I always do because I think I convince myself I am. I super moody. But still no positive! When should I talk to my doctor? How long did it take you guys to get your period??? This is by far the longest I have went without my period when I wasn’t pregnant.... 😪
