Dry skin patch on my face..postpartum symptom?

In the past month I’ve noticed this patch of skin on the sides of face that’s dry and rough. It’s literally a patch on my cheek extending from jaws almost to right below my eye 😬actually now that I’m touching it seems like it’s gotten bigger. This is on my right cheek...much smaller patch on my left cheek that doesn’t go all the way up to my eye. I’m currently almost 5 months pp but this has been going on for the past month...is it a pp symptom? Did anyone ever experience this? I don’t have dry skin on regular basis so this is weird...and the skin around the patches is nice and smooth! I dunno if some product I’m using is causing it or the fact that I’m not using any moisturizer (yeah im gonna but today!!!) or what...
