Pins and needles

Okay ladies I know there are a lot of nerves and things involved with pregnancy so here is my question.

Has anybody else had the issue where once I lay down (my back, my right side, my left side, arms in ANY position) my arms go numb like pins and needles from my shoulder to my fingertips. No repositioning of any kind will help until I get back up. Is this just a symptom that can happen that I’ve managed to not get with all other pregnancies or should I be concerned and bring it up at my upcoming appointment?
