Acid reflux while sleeping
Last night I was woken up by a feeling of choking and coughing. I’ve never had a problem with heartburn or acid reflux until now. It was such a scary feeling to wake up to. Any home remedies. I tried to sleep propped up the rest of the night but never realized how uncomfortable that is.
