for instance someone lost their medical card but they’re in the system so we know they have a medical card. But they lost their medical card and their ID. Do you think they don’t need it or do you think they need the medical card even if they’re in the system?

I think it's perfectly fair. They need to verify details. I'm sure you can get an affidavit that you lost your ID and a letter from your medical while you wait for a replacement card.

No. Where I’m from, you have to show your I.D every single time you buy cigarettes or alcohol, no matter how many times you’ve been to the exact same store and seen the same exact cashier.

I have to have my ID while I drive. I can get a ticket for not having it on me. I’m in the system. I know my ID number. A cop can look it up. But I’m required to carry it. Why would it be different for medication? They have a system like this in place for good reason.
