2nd period after birth

Hey ladies second period after birth and I’m at just over 14 weeks. First was at nine and was slightly heavier then my normal period. But my period now is pink water what’s wrong?? Is this normal I feel like it’s not at all. I have also been getting really hot and really cold can’t seem to regulate my body temp
