Ok so this barely started happening today and when ever I pee and I wipe myself I’m bleeding a little bit, it’s very light blood as if I was gonna get on my period but it period ended like 1 week ago and I’m in my fertile window right now, and whenever I pee there’s this tingly feeling in my vagina and every time I pee I feel the need to pee all the time but when I do a little bit of pee comes out. Idk what it is, can someone please tell me and I have never had sex
